Always room to start one. I have with people about doing one but I don't feel quite comfortable in my knowledge yet. A review type GGTMC podcast would be great.

This podcast is intermittently good.

Mondo Movie - http://www.mondopod.net/podcasts/mondo28_4.mp3

They talk Eurocult quite a bit, and there are some decent interviews on their archive.
